Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1964, Michael has been in private practice in the Portsmouth area for 40 years principally as a partner in the firm Messers Sotnicks (later Harris Pascoe). Following the dissolution of that partnership, Michael has now opened his own practice in Southsea. During his 35 years in practice as a solicitor, Michael has obtained extensive experience in all forms of property law, undertaking both domestic and commercial conveyancing.

Michael is also experienced in the sale and purchase of businesses, making a Will, the administration of deceased estates and can advise upon means to avoid or reduce the effects of Inheritance Tax.

Angela, M.Inst.L.Ex started working at Harris & Co. in 1998 as Secretary to Mr Harris. Whilst working she decided, and was encouraged, to train as a Legal Executive and started college courses to learn the subjects relating to the qualification. She has passed the examinations and became a member of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2006 and has applied for her Fellowship. Angela now has her own client based files and is involved in the training of other staff.

Jason has recently joined the team at Harris & Co. after working as an Estate Agent for several years. He is currently training as licensed Conveyancer. His personality allows him to feel at ease with Estate Agents and also the clients and hopes to put his experiences gained as an Estate Agent to good use in his chosen new career.
